FUEL REBATES AND / OR MARKETING FEES

In the event we are able to negotiate any rebate fee on your fuel volume on your behalf, then the following shall apply:

1.1. Such fees and the quantum thereof shall be payable at our discretion and the payment thereof may be commenced and terminated at any given time of our choosing;
1.2. Such fees may be paid directly to you by crediting your wallet in the App or into your nominated bank account or in such other manner at our discretion;
1.3. The terms and conditions relating to the payment of such fees shall be subject to agreement of participating oil company/ies;
1.4. We shall endeavour to pay such fees to you by the 15th day of the month in the second month after the relevant fuel transactions are conducted (so by way of example, if you are due a rebate for your June transactions we will endeavour to pay these by 15 August). Notwithstanding the aforesaid, we shall only pay such fees after the participating oil company/ies have paid the relevant fees to us; and
1.5. Such fees and the payment (or not) thereof will at all times be subject to and aligned to the relevant legislation in South Africa governing the payment of such fees and we reserve the right to change any arrangement to ensure alignment with such legislation.
